Cancellation Policy for Purchase Options
Some products in our shop may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, reservation or special purchase option. In this cancellation policy, we explain how such orders can be changed, cancelled, terminated or processed.
These terms apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions, Withdrawal Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Complaint Policy.

1. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries according to the duration, frequency and product option selected by you.
Your payment details are processed securely by the respective payment provider. Each recurring delivery will be charged according to the selected subscription terms, unless advance payment has been agreed.
Subscriptions may renew automatically depending on the selected option, unless they are cancelled in time.
You can manage, change or cancel your subscription using the link provided in the order confirmation or in your customer account.

Please include your order number, full name and the email address used for the order.
Deliveries that have already been shipped or prepared for shipment may no longer be stopped. In this case, our withdrawal, return and complaint conditions apply.
2. Pre-Orders / Reservations
If you place a pre-order or reservation, you are purchasing a product that is not yet ready for regular immediate dispatch at the time of ordering or will become available at a later date.
A pre-order or reservation may be offered in particular if products are not immediately in stock, need to be imported, produced, checked, approved or prepared for later dispatch.
Pre-orders may require additional processing time. Information regarding expected availability, processing, reservation or delivery will, where possible, be communicated before purchase, on the product page, during checkout, in the Terms and Conditions or in our other legal notices.
All pre-orders are generally processed in the order in which they are received.
By completing a pre-order, you confirm that you understand that this is not a regular immediate shipment, but a binding order with later processing and/or delivery.
3. Payment for Pre-Orders
Depending on the payment method, payment for a pre-order may be collected immediately, partially or at a later time.
If payment is collected at the time of purchase, this serves to reserve the goods bindingly and to continue processing your order.
If only a partial payment or authorization is made, the remaining amount may be collected at a later time according to the selected payment method.
The exact payment processing depends on the payment method selected by you and the terms of the respective payment provider.
4. Cancellation of Pre-Orders
As long as a pre-order has not yet been actively processed, checked, prepared, packed or handed over to shipping, cancellation may be reviewed.
However, once an order is already in the active processing, inspection, preparation, packing or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible immediately.
This applies in particular if the order has already been internally approved, picked, handed over to our shipping center or forwarded to a shipping provider.

5. Processing and Order Sequence for Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are generally processed chronologically in the order in which they are received.
Depending on the product, variant, delivery batch, destination country, payment status, warehouse process or shipping route, processing times may vary.
An earlier or later tracking update does not automatically mean that an order has been forgotten. Tracking information may appear with a delay depending on the shipping provider.
If your pre-order has already been handed over to the shipping provider, you will usually automatically receive a shipping confirmation or tracking number by email, SMS or via the contact details provided by you.
6. Shipping and Handover to the Shipping Provider
Once an order or pre-order has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will usually receive a shipping confirmation or tracking number by email, SMS or via the contact details provided by you.
After handover to the shipping provider, it may take 24–48 hours for the first tracking information to become visible due to system processing.
An order that has already been handed over for shipping can generally no longer be actively stopped.
Delivery will then be carried out by the respective shipping provider. Delays caused by parcel services, customs, incorrect or incomplete address details, non-collection or refusal of acceptance may be outside our direct control.
7. Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds
Our Withdrawal Policy as well as our Return and Complaint Conditions apply to returns, withdrawal, refunds and complaints.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may contact us by a clear statement or use our online Return, Refund and Withdrawal Center.

For products that are sealed for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal may be excluded or may expire if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Opened, used, damaged or manipulated hygiene or health products may be excluded from return for corresponding reasons, to the extent permitted by law.
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this cancellation policy.

8. Complaints, Damaged Goods or Shipping Errors
If a product arrives damaged, the wrong item was delivered, an item is missing, a duplicate item was delivered by mistake or there is any other issue with the shipment, please contact us immediately.

- Order number
- Full name
- Email address used for the order
- Short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Photo of the shipping label
The photos must be genuine, unedited and verifiable. AI-generated, subsequently edited, manipulated or misleading images will not be accepted as evidence.
If there is suspicion of manipulated or intentionally false evidence, we reserve the right to document the case, request further evidence and have the matter legally reviewed.

9. Try Before You Buy
If a “Try Before You Buy” purchase option is offered, your payment method may be authorized before shipping.
You will then receive a specific period of time to decide whether you wish to keep the item.
If the item is not properly returned within the specified period, your payment method may be charged the full amount.
